Caregiver Employment at Loving Kindness and Care

We look for professionalism, compassion and a caring personality. Our goal is to match the caregiver to the client. For this reason, we are very selective in our hiring process. Our caregivers must pass background and finger print checks, and a tuberculin skin test. In addition, our employees are psychologically tested and evaluated to ensure that our clients are getting the best possible care at home. The evaluation continues after caregivers are placed, so we can be sure our clients are getting the best in elderly care.

At Loving Kindness and Care we are always looking for quality team members.  We provide the necessary training to our employees regardless of their past experience or specialized training.  All applicants must be trained and certified by Loving Kindness and Care prior to working with our clients.
